It is pretty easy to be unmotivated! Maybe set little goals for yourself and it will help, like a new outfit or a new hairstyle every size down...

Thank you for your service first off. And Welcome Back early! I usually can eat a kids meal and Olive garden and feel full. I also get an normal portion and ask for a box as soon as I get it and I am happy with that.

Die hard Steelers fan here! I would say I'm not a pats fan either but I dislike the Ravens( ratbirds) more. I would like to see the pats in the superbowl so the NFC can win a superbowl..

That is AMAZING! What a great victory. I was the same way. I used to buy little debbies and hide them in my dresser so I could eat them when my husband wasn't looking. I finally confessed to him what I was doing and we worked on it. Now I hide the banana's so they don't get eatten in a day by my girls.

I just got a kindle i got the High heel murder series on it.. I LOVE it! The characters are funny, and I love mysteries. I love the True Blood books I also just started reading the Vampire Diaries they are kind of good.

splenda or stevia and sugar free powdered creamer. The creamer I use is 30 calories for 1 tbsp and it is all I need.

My husband is 6 foot and 212 and very happy with the way he looks and feels and in the Army so he is very active. I think your goal is a great goal. You might change your mind and want to do more. I set mine to mini goals and then adjust as I go.

having people tell my husband that he could do better. given dirty looks when I go to the store having to spend a ton on clothes to have them last less than a year

Before Coffee I have Special K meal bar and then after coffee and my morning workout, I have a bagel and egg white sandwich, I also keep the fruit crisps and Kashi bar on hand cause I can't eat first thing.

Love them and the MIO energy. I log mine and it adds no calories. The energy does *kitten* sodium. But I am trying to kick the soda habit and Mio is the only thing that has helped so far.

I have ALOT of kitchen appliances. I have a keurig I used daily, Kitchenaid mixer which I use at least once a week, griddle which gets used every weekend morning, grill used at least once a week, slow cooker which I use at least once a week during the winter and food processor which I use alot. I cook alot.

I make my own hummus it is much cheaper and so good. I also make my own pita chips with reduced whole wheat pitas from the bakery I also coupon for a lot of things, frozen veggies are awesome and I always have a coupon for those.

food- Amazon as some for 15 to 20 dollars - I use the WW one weight- I like the WW ones. You can get them at walmart or target. I needed something that did up to 350 and it was the best I could find.

WOW! Thank you guys! I tried the Oikos with fruit on the bottom and it is AMAZING! I love it. I will have to try the other brands. also thanks for the fix it ideas! Y"all rock!

I have started several times too. You can do it! Just keep your eyes on the prize and don't beat yourself up if you have a slip. I am just starting again. I am on day 2.

I use Mio and it has no calories so it is the same. I'm not sure about the flavored water at wal-mart. I would think if it has no calories it would count as the same.
