Hi,
I wish I could say this is my first time trying to lose weight but I can't i've tried this many times and I always just stop. This time I have another reason to not wish to stop a June wedding yay!.Now I've been heavy since age 12 it wasn't really all the fun I was both heavy and tall. At age 28 I stand 6'0 and ruffly 390 lbs i'm not even sure how much i weight no scale I own reaches my weight so its really a guesstimate lol....
So here's hoping I can be somewhat close to my healthy weight for my height.

I have started several times too. You can do it! Just keep your eyes on the prize and don't beat yourself up if you have a slip.
I am just starting again. I am on day 2.0
