  • Im afraid its just how I "built" now and I just wanted to see if there was anyone with more knowledge/experience. My natural obliques are pretty sweet. I also don't have a bellybutton and while I can definitely feel the muscle under there - I never feel like there's much progress. Thanks!
  • Thanks a million! Doc's have cleared me to do all and any types of exercise - but I know others says ab workouts are rough...planks it is! :sad:
  • Tanning does help, but please be careful. A tanning lotion will work just as well and is much less dangerous than hours unprotected in the sun. Also cocoa butter will help over time as will Vitamin E. I have a bad scar on my arm from a childhood injury and I used to pop open a Vitamin E pill..slather in on the scar and…
