I don't cook, I don't like vegetables (especially kale), I cut out sugar and all carbs, I work out 7 days a week on a treadmill... I'm still not loosing weight, can you help me ??

My First Breakfast - fiber or wheat bread with peanut butter. Second Breakfast: Oatmeal and raisins, eggs(or egg whites) n turkey bacon, Greek yogurt with banana

I HAVE to have cheese with my eggs as well...but have never had a cup. A quarter cup is enough or a slice (80 calories) and the fat will keep you a little full for a bit. Why, Oh Why is everyone straying from the original recipe?!?! Why is everyone hating on Grape jelly???? Did you say if it must be Crunchy or Creamy? Who the heck is putting Pickles on it???? I MUST emphasize that is only a perfect PB&J sandwich when the PB has been smeared on the entire bread...no leaving corners…

I work out late evenings as well when I need to... For me personally, I believe our bodies do not know when it is midnight and the new day begins. As long as your body is not too tired or you will risk injury. Best wishes! xx

I know some people put protein powder in their coffee or yogurt. Oatmeal is already clumpy so not sure I would notice the difference.
