I've been on this site for almost two years. I have 180 friends right now and hardly none of them log. They believe that it doesn't matter when you eat or what you eat as long as you hit calories and macros. Most of them don't even run, they just lift. No cardio! And they think they're going to loose weight!
So I could use some real friends that will support me on my journey.

What's the problem with people not running?
There are a lot of people out there who don't run and stay sub 10% bodyfat. if their diet is on point it's no big deal.

I don't cook, I don't like vegetables (especially kale), I cut out sugar and all carbs, I work out 7 days a week on a treadmill... I'm still not loosing weight, can you help me ??0
