It's like you're calling my name. About two years ago, I was ~200-215 or so lbs (refused to get weighed, I just told them 200). I had intermittent sharp pelvic pains. I skipped a period. I took several home pregnancy tests, all negative, and after another week with no bleeding made an appointment with my GP. Ran basic…

It took about 20 lbs. After 20 everyone at work commented on how good I looked... and I still have plenty to go.

Absolutely ask your doctor. If you're on these meds, it's to keep you from going in to SVT again and things like exercise could, feasibly, trigger that.

A friend of ours came to visit for a weekend, and I saw what he ate: all organic things, soft boiled eggs, etc., and he brought it all with him in a cooler. Anywhere we went that wasn't a real sit down restaurant, he brought his own food. He was certain of -exactly- went in to his body at all times. It occurred to me that…

Around 205(est) I did a proper bra sizing. I'd been wearing 36C, I was 38D. Even 10 lbs later, 195ish the D cup was too baggy but the band size is (apparently) the same. I've decided I just flat refuse to buy new bras until I'm closer to my goal, bras are EXPENSIVE! I bought a 3-pack of walmart sports bras. Between that…

Check my food diary, I almost never go over (unless it's planned) and I believe I have a public diary. I love high fiber oatmeal, granola bars, yogurt, Kashi cereal, etc..

I've been working out for at least a month, mostly cardio, moderate strength training, and I just attempted day 1 of 30ds. I had to stop during the first squat-arms-up thing (whatever it's called)! I jumped back in after a few minutes of staring at the screen in disbelief. I know it's supposed to be hard, but hot-damn, it…

I was (barely) in a 16 at 213, barely in a 14 at 198, but easily in the 14s at 190. Your first few pounds of weight loss are usually fluid/water, so that's not going to be a great deal of butt size change.

24, started at (to my knowledge, given there was a long period I did not set foot on a scale) 213. MFP at 203.5, present 189. Goal - 140, and see from there if lower will look good, or emaciated. In my head, I'd love to be a size 6. We'll see.

Do anything, it all counts. Walk, join a kickball league, anything. You don't have to be a gym rat to be healthy. Local zumba classes, swimming, long walks on the beach, whatever works. At our age, saggy skin is less likely,we have a lot of elasticity to 'bounce back' but sagging frequently comes from losing weight too…

Granola bars (fiberone? special K? low calorie, both these makers have ~90. Chocolate is always a good answer, at least for me!) Yogurt, lite or no-fat, I eat Carbmaster from Kroger. 60 calories apiece. Normal cup size. Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal is a great addition for a little something extra while keeping it healthy.…

I don't think there's a set number. I work 12 hour shifts as an RN, and I can eat a similar calorie load, just spread it out a little more. For example, at home I might eat a breakfast meal consisting of fruit and eggs around 3-400 calories, but if I'm working 12 hours, I would eat a banana in the car enroute, and yogurt…
