I just ordered Turbo Fire!!! So excited to get started because I have heard some great things about it. I've done P90X and dropped about 30 pounds, but unfortunately gained them back through this past year. I hope since I did ok with P90X that I could keep up with Turbo Fire. We will see!!! Are you eating all of your calories? If you don't you will go into starvation mode. Also, are you watching your sugar intake?

This could be due to many things. One, could it be your TOM? This can make you hold water weight, and not lose until its over. That has happened to me. Also, make sure you are at least eating your daily calories. Try not to go under that because your body will go into starvation mode and it won't matter how much you work…

I log it into excercise as circuit training. I burn around 200 calories, but it depends on your weight how many calories you will burn.

Which foods are you eating that has the most sugar? You should be getting most of your sugar from fruits. Make sure you stay away from refined sugars and carbs like in white bread and white pasta.
