Female 30lbs Not currently in a routine but would the motivation or push to develop a routine. For the past 6 years or so, I have not been very successful losing weight.

I found the app in the droid market last week, then the site. I love using them both. I'm trying to lose about 30 pounds and need some help. So far, the posts on this site have been really encouraging. I look forward to using this tool to help me shed some pounds.

My goal for this week is to log food and exercise every day this week! Seems small but really big for me. I usually fall off the wagon on the weekends. I put the app on my phone so I should be able to meet this goal!
