Look up near the top of the page where it says "Message Boards" then below that it says "Home", "Recent Posts", etc. Click on settings then select "Always show ticker in posts" or something like that, then "Save changes" :)

I haven't bought clothes since before I started losing weight. I went to G-Star a few days ago and tried on a pair of 34 jeans. Nope, too big. Tried on a 33... a 32... a 31... and the finally, a 30! My new jeans size :)

I have tried them, they are good but obviously don't have the same atmosphere as the class. Its worth a try, you just have to push yourself and keep going as you don't have an instructor there that you are accountable to :)
