I have it too. Had it 8 months now. At first I wasnt really thinking about it and gained sooo much weight. 2 of my friends got it and same thing happened to them. Apparently it increases your appetite and for me, being concious of it has helped me. I gained around 10kgs so I think thats 22lbs. Im still struggiling to lose.…

I had the same thing and I'd actually get a bump where the pain was. I think a reeeeeally good stretch and warm up could help you. Jogging as a warm up still hurt but that's just my personal experience. That's some really impressive running by the way :)

I have a jacuzzi at home. Mom had cervical cancer and after the doctors messed up and radiated her archeries instead of the cancer they narrowed reducing blood flow to her legs and her muscles started dying. The jacuzzi really helped with the pain in her legs so maybe it could benefit if you're feeling sore from working…

Its not necessarily incorrect to say muscle weighs more than fat. If you are referring to the same volume of muscle compared to the same volume of fat then yes, muscle would weigh more. Anyway, here's an image so you can see what 5lb fat looks like compared to 5lb muscle :)…

This also confuses me a lot too. I'm 5'45" and 186lbs I think (166cm and 84kgs) I'm eating around 1200kcal a day and my goal is to burn 1000kcal from exercise everyday. I have a Polar RCX3. Absolutely looooove it. Gives alot more detailed info on my workout than just calories burned. Much better than my old Polar FT4.

I have a beautiful gym, surrounded by fields and a Forrest, closest "fast-food" place is Kauaii which only sells delicious healthy foods and shakes :) I'm very lucky. Closest junk food place is about 10km from the gym.
