I only use treadmills for intervals usually, sprint then walk.........during the walk i hold continuously for the heart rate, when i drop to a certain level, i sprint again. I go there, i like it, not sure why people think a "gym" has anything to do with your physique..........its what you do there that matters.........you can build a great body anywhere if you understand how it works........ if you just want to make alot of noise and pretend to be a tough guy, its not for you though

portion control (calorie deficit) only until you drop most of whatever body fat you are trying to lose, then when your body fat gets low enough then the quality and macro counts come more into play along with the calorie deficit

I couldn't tell you a day when i was pain free..........there isn't one in my memory, i dont ever take anything for pain though, on the off chance a minor injury turns major............

Regardless of your height, 150lbs is pretty light for a grown man. I graduated HS at 147lbs and 5'7" and I was scrawny...............I think a goal weight under 150 is a bad idea.............unless you are 4' tall

losing weight is a calorie game, not a cardio game, lose the weight, and it will be easier. I have had asthma since i was a kid, at 265lbs i was on advair twice a day, and rescue occasionally...........now at 190ish, I am on rescue only, and only occasionally..............no cardio needed

i only put it on for family get togethers when my wife complains...........I never wore jewelry in my life, a silly little thing like a wedding isn't going to change that. and if i wore it to the gym it would likely get destroyed, and/or tear my finger off
