  • I started last Monday and so far I've lost 8 pounds. I've always had a sweet tooth and my cravings have subsided. Next Sunday will be my last day on phase 1 and I'm nervous about adding carbs back.

  • I'm 5'7.5" and I'm currently at 179. My goal is to be 145 but I'll be happy with 155. I think 155 is where my body stalls naturally & I look good at that weight, so if I go below great if not I'm ok with that.
  • I made a vision board on pinterest of women that are in shape. I look at it everyday and imagine myself at that size. It really helps!
  • I second this. I threw the scale out about a month ago. For me I would start eating right & exercising and the first week I would lose 5lbs just from cutting back on sodium & carbs.
