I would definitely love it if they did this. I always try and look up NI before going out. Sadly though, even in the grocery stores wtih NI right on the packaging, there are a lot of people who don't pay any attention.

Love these! I agree with the others, go for the dark chocolate. Not as easy to go overboard!

Happy Birthday!! I can really see a difference. Before the shirt was hugging you in front and now it is hanging! Great work!

That is really great! Welcome back!

I can definitely tell in the last comparison pics. Your stomach is noticeably smaller. How are you clothes fitting? Sometimes that is also a good indicator too. Keep it up!

Love the cheddar bay biscuits at Red Lobster. I have a figure friendly recipe below. My husband says they are better than Red Lobster's. Garlic Cheddar Biscuits 2 tbsp butter, melted 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley 2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick 3.5 oz shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (Cabot 50% reduced fat)…

I like these theories :) I have seen this myself and agree. Seems similar to the idea of your body going into starvation mode?

My husband does this as well. It is tasty and good to know there are all these added benefits. We also use sugar free coffee creamer and my husband uses Torani Sugar Free syrup. You can find it on amazon. It is really good for those looking to cut back on sugar.

Mine has only changed after logging in a new weight. If I have lost weight, my calories go down. I changed my exercise goals while at the same weight and it didn't change my daily calorie goal at all. I agree with the others, it probably has something to do with how much you want to lose a week or a difference in your…

I am 5' 5" and my first goal is 135. I don't recall what I looked like at that weight but at that point I also want to re-assess weight vs what size I am and how I look and go from there. I say do what you feel comfortable with :)

You look great! Let us know how it turns out!

Ew about the butane. I will definitely think twice before getting my daughter a McNugget meal :-(~ This happens to me as well when I make bad choices in eating out. Hope you feel better.

Wow, we could be MFP twins! My daughter is 2 1/2 and I have pretty much the same stats as you. I am going to friend you for support :) I had been down to pre baby weight a year ago but I was on some different medicines for the last year, which made me feel miserable and I lost sight of maintaining a healthy weight when my…

Welcome! I did a recipe and you look up all the ingredients in the MFP database and it uses the NI stored there. If by chance there is an ingredient you are using not in the database, you can even add it. Best of luck!

Your wife looks fabulous!

Hi Kristin! I am fairly new to MFP too. If you look at the Success Stories board, there are a lot of motivating stories there. I have been visiting there and reading posts every time I log on to stay motivated. Best of luck to you!

I am in. I just started last week so the motivation will definitely help :)

I have had this too. I had at one point lost over 30+ lbs and people would tell me how good I looked but I wasn't to goal but their words kept me comfortable with where I was. Recently I had weight creep back on and didn't realize it either. The only thing that was a reality to me was pictures to look back on. Take them…
