    LOL..love the dog pics. As far as results...I think that you losing inches is a HUGE accomplishment. Do your clothes fit better? That should be your indicator.

    You can definately tell in your tummy from the placement of your tattoos....They moved :)

    I can definitely tell in the last comparison pics. Your stomach is noticeably smaller.

    How are you clothes fitting? Sometimes that is also a good indicator too.

    To address your question about noticing a difference between left and right, I definitely spotted a few. :D Way to go. Honestly, I hope at the end of my 30 days (Day 3 was today, and it was rough) I'll have results as good as yours!

    And, since I saw it after I posted this (though it was posted before mine):

    This is the BEST before and after post I've seen.

    You've done so well, look how tight your butt looks now, and the bit between your belly button and boobies is the most noticeable.

    Well done you. I'm on Day 20 and can't wait to get my results, although I was a bit of a doof and didn't do proper measurements, plus didn't have anyone to take my pics so they are those dodgy ones you take of yourself in the mirror.

    You should be proud of yourself.
