    In the before picture taken about a year ago, I weighed about 148-150 lbs, and wore a size 12. I now weigh about 125 and wear a size 6! I only started MFP about 4 months ago, but this before picture is still pretty representative of that. :-) Thanks to everyone for all their support on this journey!

      Hey!! I recognize that Seaway Run!! I live in Muskegon too!! Your pics look amazing! You are doing an awesome job. I just took up running about 6 weeks ago and am hoping to actually sign up for a 5k...maybe the Coast Guard Run next month. I just need to sign up and commit to it. Currently using the couch 25k program. Keep up the good work and maybe I will see you running around Muskegon sometime! Are you planning on heading out to any of the Summer Celebration concerts???
