Hi there,
I'm new to this site and already liking it a lot. I love being able to so easily record my food and exercise. It really makes me feel accountable. Just wondering, has this site helped a lot of you lose weight? Thanks!

    Hi Kristin! I am fairly new to MFP too. If you look at the Success Stories board, there are a lot of motivating stories there. I have been visiting there and reading posts every time I log on to stay motivated. Best of luck to you!

    Welcome to MFP! This site has helped me to loose and maintain good eating habits. Though it's hard at times, I try to make sure I log all of my food no matter how bad I may eat.

    I've been on and off this site for about 3 years and I have noticed that keeping track of my calories and the amount of cardio I do helps me stick to my goals. There were times where I wouldn't sign on for a couple of weeks to a couple of months when I first started on MFP.

    I've lost 60 pounds since I started and I'm still planning on losing another 35 pounds, this site helps me stick to my goals, especially since I downloaded the MFP app for my phone. Now I have no excuse to not keep track of what I put into my body as well as how much I work out.
