Julian Michaels has some really good workouts on dvd, one is only 24 minutes from start to finish and it kicks butt!

5'6" 161 and wear sizes 10 to 13 depending on the brand. Levi's 10's are tight 12's are loose. I would like to be at least 150ish and most of my clothes will still fit with a belt.

I am 5'5" and 5/8", so almost 5'6" but I am still going to tell you my goal weight,lol. It is 149! If I go any lower than that I will have no boobies!

I have been on here for a couple of years and have only lost 6 lbs, but you know what? I'm not gaining! I have about 20 extra lbs that I would like to be gone from this 5'6" frame of mine, so I am sticking with this site as much as possible. It helps!

It seems like the older I get the more painful my period seems to get. I just make sure I take lots of Ibuprofane(killed the spelling) and exercise anyway

Tell me about it, my vanilla creamer is eating up a 3rd of my daily calories!! lol, I know that I can just not drink coffee but I don't want to quit my coffee. Just try to limit the amount you use.

I gain weight very easy nowadays especially right before my monthly. Don't beat yourself up about it, just get back on track. I have only loss 1 lb since my last weigh in with my doctor.
