Normally I do 40 minutes of Zumba, but today I walked 5K, so it was only 20 minutes of Beginner Class on Zumba Wii today. Enjoyed it!0

Is it too late to join in this challenge? I just tryed my Zumba Wii for the first time tonight. I wasn't great by any means but it was alot of fun! I only did 20 minutes and I had sweat pouring! I think this challenge will motivate me to do it more! I'll try and do 3 times a week; I'm also doing 30DS.0

Sorry I haven't checked in yet this week, been super busy! Did an hour of Zumba on Monday and today and (just in case I forget to check back in) I have an hour class on Friday! I lost 5 pounds last month and already lost another pound during this challenge! I've added bike riding to my list of activities also, never considered myself a cyclist, jogger, landscaper or dancer but I love everything about each of those activities now!
