You are actually suppose to get half of your body weight in ounces in water. For example I am 183 so 183/2= 91.5 ounces of water I should be drinking a day. I drink nothing but water. I drink a 24 oz bottle of water before every meal and I add in water with my exercise. You just have to do it. I can't drink soda anymore…

i count them and i time myself as i cook because with the excess standing and moving about with cooking you are bound to burn some calories

I have a cheat day every sunday because I go to eat at my parents house and all her food is made from scratch so i cant really tell how many calories I am eating plus my dad makes an assortment of desserts so I allow myself a cheat day every sunday as long as I exercise and eat well every other day before sunday.

I know what you mean. Last time I went I had the asiago peppercorn steak witht eh steamed potatoes and the veggies. the potatoes were so good and the steak was fabulous and it came in under 550, I was amazed food that good wasnt higher in calories.
