I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. On weekdays I go around 6:30 or 7:00 and on Sat/ Sun I usually go around 12pm

Make sure you aren't eating under 1200 calories, keep your protein up and make sure you are eating enough carbs. (Try to stay away from them at night though). Do you eat 5-6 small meals a day??

I personally find Techno to be great for work outs. My spin class instructor plays all techno and it really gets you pumping. Try Benni Bennasi Also, I know it sounds juvenille but how do you feel about Britny Spears? Don't laugh :) Her music has a lot of BPM (her dance stuff)

I agree that shakes shouldn't be a meal replacement. Eat your breakfast, it truly is the most important meal. Have the shakes as your inbetween snacks and/or after workout. At least that is what I am being told... Hope it's true :) GOOD LUCK

Add me too. I have been on the site myself for about a week. Looking for women like me who have noticed that after age 25 I just can't eat whatever I want anymore. I HAVE to excercise and eat right in order to loose or even maintain..... And guess what else (this was a shocker to me)... eating 5-6 small meals a day…

I am a manager in a department full of women (office environment). Our pot lucks were always an abundance of cakes, cookies, and chips/ crackers. Me and a couple of the other girls started suggesting we do healthly luncheons. It really caught on and every one enjoys it, feels better and doesn't fall asleep at their desk ;)…
