That kinda depends on your idea of an "exercise machine".... LOL!

This may not be the possibility you were expecting, but is there a slight chance you might be pregnant? Over-exertion while pregnant can produce the exact same kind of symptoms that you described. I may be WAY off the mark, and if so I am sorry. I do not mean to offend.

I took metformin for 2 months after being diagnosed with PCOS, and I hated it. I felt loopy, didn't have energy, sick to my stomach, etc. Definitely talk to your doctor about all the side effects, and double check with them on WHY you are on the metformin? Is it simply for the hormonal imbalance, or are you insulin…

I know I have been accepted in the challenge already, but I was telling a friend of mine about it, and he really wants to join, but he is having internet issues and can't get logged in to ask. Can you consider adding quarbople (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/quarbople) because he really wants to join in on the fun too! We…

This sounds like a blast! If there is still room I wanna join!

Hi there! I have PCOS too. I was diagnosed when I was 22, and I guarantee you that I was SO depressed for the longest time after hearing that. It is quite a life changer, so I do understand the feelings that you have right now. Even knowing what I needed to do to get healthy, I didn't do it then. The big difference between…

Typically the most common cause for elevated liver enzymes is from alcoholic beverages, or tylenol. Did you have even one small drink within 12 hours before going to the doctor that day? Or take tylenol? I did find a forum on a different site wher someone asked the same question. The 4th reply was from a doctor.…

Welcome! Definitely do not be shy about adding anyone here as friends. Everyone is AMAZING at motivating each other. Especially when you get updates "So and so just lost 3 lbs! Total loss 20" or what ever. :-D I just recently (within the past 5 days) also acquired a workout buddy who has been an awesome motivator. With us…

Welcome to MFP! I myself was diagnosed with PCOS and IR when I was 22 and am now 26. I truly understand the struggle of losing weight permanently that you have described. I was referred to MFP after my hubby started talking about having a baby, and I realized that I needed to make a HUGE lifestyle change to make that…

Cabinet doors. Even if they are slightly open I HAVE to close them all the way!

Welcome! MFP is a fantastic place to continue your journey. Everyone here is so inspiring and always helpful. I am so happy to have found it too. Don't be shy. Add anyone you want to your friends. The more friends, the more motivation is what I have found. :flowerforyou:

Maybe they are just looking at statistics. When I met my hubby I was 40 lbs lighter than I am now. And that was nearly 2 1/2 years ago. Granted, I feel I am much better off now than I was then. <3

To add to the great news yesterday, I was only able to work out for 45 minutes today, and I went 3.14 miles!!!!!! And I thought I felt great yesterday! Awwwwwwwwwwww yeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

Hey girl. Don't even THINK that it is because of your weight at all. I had my first smear when I was 22, and at that time I weighed 210 lbs. At that time it took my doc 10 minutes to relax because it hurt like non other. I was still a virgin at that time too, so my poor doc had to work with me through the tears of pain. My…

I own a pair of shape ups that I LOVE! I don't wear them all the time, only when I am going walking for long periods of time, and when I work out on the elliptical. If you want a challenge, try THAT! LOL! But my shape ups are VERY comfortable. I have only started using them within the past week, so I really cannot say that…

I checked market.android.com and I can assure you the app is legit in the Android Market. As far as the link provided for the blog, I would assume that is safe as well. No need to worry.

I'll have to try that! Sounds amazing!!!!

Is it possible for you to get your school books as audio files and listen to them? That might help you get into a groove of working out.since you won't have to sit and and study. Just a thought I had.

Even before you lost your weight, you were beautiful. But I must admit, you look positively radiant! Thank you so much for sharing your story. I pray that God gives me the strength to make it as far as you have.
