It is a great program for anyone age or size... she has modifiers on there. I mix it in with my other dvd's when i get a bit bord... she is amazing.. give it a try... you will lvoe it. Start with what you can do ... and just keep adding daily.. you can do it!!!

I agree with Aggiecass09... change up your workouts... eat a little differently and make sure you are doing the water. The last few lbs is the hardest.. I know I am there with you . I am changing my workout routine almost weekly to see if it will change and work. I am 10lbs from where I wnat to be.. very hard for me....…

Stir fries if made right...are very low cal and good for you . Just remember to use brown rice if you need that rice fix.... better for you and lower in calories. White rice is nothing good... and is all carbs!!!!! Veggies and lean meats are the key to a great stir fry!!!!

Be patient with him.. he is worried about you. Let him know you are eatting healthy choices now and you are tracking all you eat in your food log. Show him that if he needs to. Just don't let him get you down.. continue to eat good choices and make sure you are eating enough for you burn.... he is worried about you getting…
