This is slightly off topic but I saw that you are doing the low carb diet, you may want to look into the low glycemic index for Insulin Resistance. But its a lifestyle not a weight loss choice if you have PCOS. I know, I am right there with you. Thanks for the heads up on the cinnamon supplements. I knew it was used for…

Why did yo decide to go vegan? Due to agricultural practices in this country and the fact that most vegans choose to eat a highly processed diet there isn't much to be said for the belief that they are doing it to save the planet. Vegetarian diet with a focus on eating locally and which included eggs and cheese would be…

Also change it up a bit- try hot yoga or something else other than the treadmill. :) Try changing the type of calories you are eating. Make sure you have enough water and low sodium. For me…

You have to interested in your health for you, it isn't your fiancee's responsibility to accompany you. You might enjoy the company but if you want to reach your goals, then you have to know that you have to do it alone. You could try increasing your potassium for sore muscles also, have a banana or drink some coconut water. :)

I agree with much of the other advice here but you might ALSO want to look into a low GI (glycemic index) / low carb type lifestyle. so generally about 4 oz of meat, 4oz quinoa (or a carb such as potatoes or pasta) and as many fresh veggies as you would like without butter or added salt or modifications. I would say I usually eat about 3-4 oz of veggies at dinner.

I prefer soma intimates- their non padded bras are the most comfortable I have ever worn. I am a 38 DDD. But for a sports bra I buy this one: http://www.movingcomfort.com/Maia/350011,default,pd.html?dwvar_350011_color=420&start=1&cgid=sportsbras-E&prefn1=impactlevel&prefv1=High

are you just looking for regular support, or are you looking for a workout bra?

Have you looking into the low GI diet for people with PCOS, I have PCOS also and find that it has really helped. Although I do not have the complications from it that you do.
