okay so pre much I am set at a 1 1/2 lb loss a week, and am set to lightly active as I work in a restaurant so I get 1460 cals. But, I can never seem to lose more than 0.2kg/0.4lb a week! I exercise every day.
I wouldn't really mind but summer and christmas are just around the corner.... HELP?
Should I upp my calories, lower them, zigzag them, what?

I am also on the pill for my skin so could this have something to do with it?

You have a very nice diary. The only thing I saw was a few days were higher in Calories and Sodium.

    Just stick with it!!!!

I would say that maybe you're not eating at regular enough intervals and you probably need to change your nutrient breakdown. Set your goals to 40/40/20 for Carbs/Protein/Fats. Then monitor how your %'s are throughout the day, hydrate and make sure you get some exercise outside of work. That's a start, try it for a week and then let me know how it goes. :-)

I took my BMI off a different website, and it gave me advice to lower my calory intake to 1200 per day. So I customized it here to that level. I also adjusted my activity level to the lowest setting because I'm sedentary. Since I've done that, I am eating the 1200 plus exercise calories earned and am losing 1 lb per week.

You probably need to tweek your data.
  • Maybe eat more of your calories, more fiber, and more fresh produce.
  • I just took a very quick look and you seem to have a number of days with very high sodium levels.

I suppose I'm old school, but I'm of the mindset that I didn't gain it over night, so I'm not going to lose it all overnight. 3500 calories = one pound, so to lose one pound per week, you would have to cut back by 500 calories per day. Can be done all with food, or all with exercise, or a combination. Cutting back too much puts the body into starvation mode, and it won't cooperate. Also, the more people have to lose, the higher their weight loss will be in the beginning. Guys always lose faster than gals, due to their muscle mass. Again I'm old school, but just sharing my opinion.

What are your Carb, Protein, and Fat set at? I customize mine from what MFP have. I set mine to 40% Carbs, 40% Protein, and 20% Fat. Try changing yours to see if it helps.
