Great results! You look amazing. Congratulations on your great work and success.

If these kind of quick fix diets actually worked there wouldn't be overweight people. Wish it did though ha ha.

I'm 24 but I believe yes, you can be hot at 40. I can find myself being quite jealous of ladies in their 40's/50's and men can still be very attractive.

I made a simple mistake but I wasn't horrible to the poster...

Yes, sorry but I thought from "I was trying to do one of those fasts/cleanse type of things" it meant a fast. Also not meaning that to sound sarcastic =/

Try and avoid fasts! I know they do work for some people, but not many. Your body is going to crave food and thats how binges start.

I like this. Very true =)

Well from my experience I feel a lot healthier, happier and better being a healthy weight rather than when I was overweight. I'm pretty sure the studies for the dangers of obesity still hold up. Greater risk of heart disease, diabetes etc Can we also take into account here quality of life? I know people are happy in all…

If you haven't done much circuit training or exercising lately I would really recommend 30DS. Great results and a little bit better for easing into her workouts than her other DVD;s. Only 25 minutes, so hard to make any excuses not to fit it in. Don't let the short workout fool you though, lots of ouchies (Little muscle…

It's not a DVD but I can advise swimming as a great workout for anyone with joint problems. The support of the water keeps all pressure off your joints. Not sure on DVD's, so even if it's not a good answer, it's a bump =)

If you're recovering from an eating disorder you need to be careful in doing this. Can you see a doctor or nutritionist to help you? btw congratulations on your strength for fighting this =) Just take it in your stride, even if it's something you slowly have to work up to. Increase by 100 each 4 days or a week.

It's a little bit of a tough situation, I was her weight at that age and it definitely is a delicate time shall we say as we are going through changes etc. But like I said, this is a VERY delicate stage so you need to handle this with care as to not hurt her confidence and self esteem as well as avoiding any chances of an…

My fitness revolution for 2013 is to start running and get to 30 minutes without stopping, also to gain speed on my swims. (Does it count my main goal is lowering body fat? want…

Another site worth trying is fitocracy.com. Love that site just as much as MFP. Can't track cals like here, but better for tracking workouts.
