    i don't know if you would count this as a food but definitely any type of hot unsweetened tea!! I'm obsessed! If I need to sweeten it, I use honey.. Also I am in love with egg beaters! You can have a good amount of eggs for a small amount of calories. I love adobo seasoning!!! It has no calories and it gives me a ton of flavor so i don't have to use those tempting condiments..i just use it sparingly to watch my sodium intake:)

    I eat a pretty wide variety of fruits and vegetables but the ones always on hand are apples, oranges, bananas, berries, cucumber, broccoli, lima beans.

    Other staples include oatmeal, peanuts, eggs, beans.

    Other than those, it really varies!
