-lots of frozen veggies so I don't have to worry about spoiling or if there in season.
-liter 35 wheat bread ITS ONLY 35 calories a slice and it doesn't taste like carboard
-Fat free cheese (but fat free cheese in HIGH in sodium)
-lean cuisines because I live with 4 people and were not always going to be making healthy meals so I can have a choice
    -lean ground chicken/turkey
    -Pre-cooked bacon (only 80cal for 3 slices)
-Lettuce of course when I feel like the I need to eat I can always make a salad
-light salad dressing yummy on salad and on chicken/beef/pork/veggies...
-Eggs (I use a mix of 1white and 1 whole egg)
    -Skim milk
    -lean chicken/pork/beef
-soup because it can be so filling when your so hungry but used most of your calories already.
-Light yogurt I get the pie and cake flavors and tell myself I'm having an amazing desert.

Bananas, berries of all types (fresh and frozen for smoothies), spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, frozen veg, quinua, deli meat (I know, I know but I need quick protein sometimes so I go for low sodium), rye bread, chicken, salmon, natural ingredient thin crust pizzas (low cal, lower carb, high protein), kashi cereal, eggs, goats milk feta cheese (amazingly low calorie compared to other feta and tastes amazing!)... those are some, anyways. :)
