Just curious (and hoping to steal ideas maybe ) Of what kind of foods have become your guys staples and always end up on your shopping list, whether they be for snack or part of a meal.
For me spring onions (scallions) and red onion are always a must
Banana's, Garlic, lemon, gem lettuce, eggs, mini chicken fillets and mushrooms always seem to end up on my list.

Chicken breasts, potatoes, brown rice, cottage cheese, persimmons, kiwi and green tea... those stuff I ate a lot and buy 95% of time. Other stuff changes week by week...0

Grilled Chicken (various forms)
Chicken with spaghetti sauce on top, finished under broiler with melted mozzarella
Steak (Medium rare)
Salmon / other fish
Broccoli
Fresh green beans (cooked with Franks hot sauce and lots of raw almonds)
Cauliflower with melted American cheese
Low carb wraps
Deli thins
Chicken Salad (mostly chicken!)

turkey, whey protein isolate, sometimes rtds and protein bars, diet soda, crystal light, rice, skilly cow ice cream...I like variety so it can change and I'll get on a different kick for a while0 -

-lots of frozen veggies so I don't have to worry about spoiling or if there in season.
-liter 35 wheat bread ITS ONLY 35 calories a slice and it doesn't taste like carboard
-Fat free cheese (but fat free cheese in HIGH in sodium)
-lean cuisines because I live with 4 people and were not always going to be making healthy meals so I can have a choice
-lean ground chicken/turkey
-Pre-cooked bacon (only 80cal for 3 slices)
-Lettuce of course when I feel like the I need to eat I can always make a salad
-light salad dressing yummy on salad and on chicken/beef/pork/veggies...
-Eggs (I use a mix of 1white and 1 whole egg)
-Skim milk
-lean chicken/pork/beef
-soup because it can be so filling when your so hungry but used most of your calories already.
-Light yogurt I get the pie and cake flavors and tell myself I'm having an amazing desert.0 -
~ Broccoli slaw with Trader Joe's Spicy peanut dressing topped with canned salmon
~Quaker low salt rice cakes topped with light laughing cow cheese and sliced jalapeno peppers
~ Atkins meal & treat bars with coffee for breakfast & treats as needed
~ Spinach, sweet potatoes, raw veggies & fruits
~ White fish from costco, broil with lemon & capers & garlic
~ Veggie black bean chili makings ( serve the sour cream and chips for the kids not for me:)
~ greek yogurt, love the light & fit
~ EGGS, hard boiled, egg whites, egg & banana pancake
~ Goat cheese
~ Wild rice for homemade bone broth soup
~Raw cranberries, cook with stevia in the crock pot for very low calorie treat.

cous cous and frozen veggies. Il mix those two up with spices or curry powder for a quick lunch when I cant think of anything else to make! Il sometimes add chicken or fish to it - as I am today0

Bananas, berries of all types (fresh and frozen for smoothies), spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, frozen veg, quinua, deli meat (I know, I know but I need quick protein sometimes so I go for low sodium), rye bread, chicken, salmon, natural ingredient thin crust pizzas (low cal, lower carb, high protein), kashi cereal, eggs, goats milk feta cheese (amazingly low calorie compared to other feta and tastes amazing!)... those are some, anyways.0
