    Jan 01st --- 2.50 km walk on the tread mill pace was 3.9 km/h. I could've gone longer but the gym was closing early.

    Total weight lost: 28.5 pounds in 18m, these are my last 5. 10 would be OK but don't want to go lower. This helps me stay on course. Feel free to friend me, I eat a lot and workout a lot and it seems to even out:):heart:

    ooops did not change fitness resolution:) Mine is to learn to take some days off and be OK with that. To learn to moderate a bit more so I can take an off day if I need it and not worry about it:) And to work in weights days more than 2x a week.:wink:

    Having a little trouble with the scales lately so hope this group might give me more of a push to work at losing again!

    My fitness revolution for 2013 is to start running and get to 30 minutes without stopping, also to gain speed on my swims.

    (Does it count my main goal is lowering body fat? want to get to 22%)

    CW: 160.6 - and has been holding steady
    GW: 155.0

    Resolution: 1) Maintain 3X a week Cardo work and 2X strength training (real strength training - not just power yoga).
    2) Consistent tracking - every day


    I'd be interested in getting some feedback on my calorie intake - I am actually struggling getting enough to eat. I can't believe I've just written that! I've regularly stayed way under my 1400 goal and am not losing any weight and I'm working out like crazy. Input would be appreciated.
