Just for fun: What is your fitness resolution for 2013? I do my resolutions by the month, so for the month of January it is to lose 5 pounds and do cardio 4-5 days a week.0 -

Total weight lost: 1
Only 1 down in the first week....little frustrating since I was really good in my food and exercise. But I did see that my sodium was way over on many days - got to work on that. I am also starting today changing my goals to an "eat more to weigh less" philosophy. I am not sure how it will work but I am currently starving myself and the scale isn't moving. I am going to go with this for the rest of the month and see how it goes. It the logic works for my body, this is definately more like what I can do longterm.0 -

Fitness is good. Playing tennis 1-2 times per week, crushing my weight lifting goals, and have gone running once a week. I've just been going out too much0 -
