    I weigh in on Mondays, so I will be posting my weight one day early every week!

    Weigh in Dates:
    1/1: 198 (Made it through Christmas with no gain, even in spite of a full blown cheat day on Christmas Eve!!)
    1/8: 194 ( I LOST FOUR POUNDS THIS WEEK?! Must be the interval running!!! I've changed my goal to 187 as a result of this loss.)

    What is my fitness resolution for 2013?
    Not only do I want to break this plateau, but I would like to hire a personal trainer to help me tone things up a bit.
    I losed 60 lbs last year and now I have to deal with the flabby skin around my arms and waist.

    Just for fun: What is your fitness resolution for 2013? I am going to get my butt moving again. I did it before and lost 30 and to do it, it required alot of exercise (because I love food). My goal is to do an official workout 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes. Then the extra stuff is just that, extra.

    For Avargas15 - I hope you enjoy the spinning class orientation. Finding an exercise we enjoy is key to this. You can do it and it is great that your DH is doing it with you!!!! Mine is skinny and annoying.

    Don't worry about joining late. Everybody has to start sometime. I did great this week but I am sure alot of it was water weight from holiday eating. I can get to my goal and more. I weigh on Mondays so I too will be posting a day early.

    So glad I found this group, looking forward to giving and receiving the support we all need!!! Goal for 2013, to get fit again. 11 years ago I ran my last marathon and now I can barely run 1, and I weigh 20 pounds more.

    Finally managed to weigh in for the first time this year, results weren't too bad considering how much partying and eating has gone on over the last month I'd only gained 1.8lb since my last weigh in a month ago.
