    I hope I'm doing this correctly. I had a bad week which involved me having to go to the hospital. I'm trying to find out what I can safely diet with (calorie goal) without getting severe migraines. I did an earlier post but didn't get any responses--maybe because I'm new. I gained a pound while trying to be careful. I'm extremely discouraged and wondering if I should drop out.

    GOALS: My work is doing a 15/15/5, increase PT by 15 PTs, lose 15 lbs, or 5% body fat. I want to win that in March. This summer, I want to be smoking hot in a bikini. Next fall, I want to run the Army 10 miler, and do well, not just finish. Next December, I turn 30, and I want to be happy with my body, healthy, and ready to look at getting pregnant...

    Don't drop out or be discourage by 1 pound weight gain. Health first though perhaps sort what's causing the migraines first?

    You shouldn't drop , you have to keep trying. You're worth the effort, I know I am.
    Talk to your doctor and try and figure oit a plan that u can work with.
    It sucks when health issues get in our way. But try and make good food choices and a walk to keep active. Just keep at it :-)

    What is your fitness resolution for 2013? I am hoping to hit my fitness goal of 142 before the start of the bathing suit season and than reaccess where I need to tone up/ loose weight. I hope to continue going to the gym 4 plus times a week.

    I just want to explain I feel my weight lost is extreme. Prior to Jan 1, I had not exercise in over 3 months and I was on a holiday beng eating any and every sweet treat I came across. As of Jan 1, I only drink water, black coffee, or tea no sugar. I cut out all sweets, and I am eating healthy and exercising 3 times a week for 30-60 as well as a 20 minute walk 4 days a week.

    I am down for this..... being as though I went to the doctor on 1/3/2013 and was reminded of my current weight. From there I decided to start using this MFP again. I must say I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So here it goes......
