What is your fitness resolution for 2013? I am hoping to hit my fitness goal of 142 before the start of the bathing suit season and than reaccess where I need to tone up/ loose weight. I hope to continue going to the gym 4 plus times a week.0 -

Jan 1st: New year, fresh start! Don't expect to lose weight till the 15th though.
Jan 8th: Glad I remember what I put last week, haven't lost weight yet but purchased a fitbit this week which is actually giving me a good idea of just how sedentary I am and pushing me to exercise more at least . Also making me realize how really close I ate to TDEE during the break. I ate ~1500 calories and my sedentary TDEE is ~1600 calories. We'll see if there is movement next week which is exactly what I'm hoping for
Jan 15th: Not quite as much as I wanted, but good nonetheless
Jan 22nd: Finally starting to see some movement.

Thanks, I did consume a lot of salt and with that time of month my body and the scale can't agree. Body loses an inch and the scale goes up three pounds instead of down. All it is is water weight.... For every inch I lose is another three pounds off...0 -

Next fall, I want to run the Army 10 miler, and do well, not just finish. Next December, I turn 30, and I want to be happy with my body, healthy, and ready to look at getting pregnant...0
