I like the idea of documenting our walks.
Jan 01st --- 2.90 km walk on the tread mill pace was 3.9 km/h. I could've gone longer but the gym was closing early.

Not only do I want to break this plateau, but I would like to hire a personal trainer to help me tone things up a bit.
I losed 60 lbs last year and now I have to deal with the flabby skin around my arms and waist.0 -
