    I like the idea of documenting our walks.

    Jan 01st --- 2.90 km walk on the tread mill pace was 3.9 km/h. I could've gone longer but the gym was closing early.

    My January 1st weigh in was 124.8! Eek! Excited to see what the next week weigh in will be!

    To be honest, these are my LAST 5 lbs, and they come off SUPER slow. I would be happy to lose 3 of them in a month! LOL

    Just for fun: What is your fitness resolution for 2013? To start working out as a family at least 5 days a week. Bike rides, walks, soccer, SOMETHING. I also wnt to shock people at a wedding that I am attending in May. My goal is 6 pounds a month to get me to 215 ish by then.

    My 2013 fitness resolution is to lose, I'm not going to pick a random number because I know I'll hit snags, but I want to be lower by the end of the year, period. if it's 20 pounds, great, if it's 80, WOOHOO!

    Not only do I want to break this plateau, but I would like to hire a personal trainer to help me tone things up a bit.
    I losed 60 lbs last year and now I have to deal with the flabby skin around my arms and waist.

    My fitness resolution for 2013 is to reach my goal weight of 165 lbs and run more races. I did my first half marathon last May and I felt amazing for completing it, but my body was revolting a bit. I want to get fit enough to run those longer distances.

I also want to loose fat & gain muscle & hopefully be in good enough shape to participate in a Warrior Run over summer. I'll be graduating college (yay!) in May so I would also like to feel super confident in my skin during interviews / first real job / work clothes
