Clean Eating the magazine is a great resource for that. I check it free at our public library and online. :smile:

I use Fage 0%. My son says there is no flavor. But I am always adding a little honey or fresh fruit so I don't notice the flavor or texture. ALSO, I use it instead of sour cream with everything. My kids never knew the difference. :wink:

We have a Zumba instructor at our church that offers a free weekly Zumba class and she tries to only use Christian music - LOVE IT! :happy:

I have the same issue with Zumba.

ugh - my favorite two words to hate ... discipline and accountability.

I have three kids, my youngest is 13 so I guess I can't blame it on baby fat anymore. I would LOVE to get my sexy back, I am a single mom so that would be an awesome goal! I have 35 to lose. :( Best wishes and good luck to you!
