I am a preschool teacher and with just work I get about 15,000 steps a day but add in a workout I am at around 21,000

thank you guys. it is the out side of my right foot (non-arch side) and it does go up to my ankle. Calling Doctor now guys, just to be safe. I am just really want to get moving again and not sitting around.

I love the microwave kettle corn while I am snacking, it isn't calorie dense and satisfies my sweet cravings and not ruin my whole day of great eating. I really don't like microwave popcorn, except this kettle type because I don't know how to make it at home otherwise. but it is yummy and does what I need it to do. Good…

yes it does it is the grossest, I read the books, (really didn't know what I got myself in to when I began it) but I liked the story beyond the raunchy sex stuff but that was just gross.

I love Kettle corn popcorn it has the sweetness I crave and a crunch but not a ton of calories, in the microwave type. good luck!

find a system that you like like I like 30 day shred, and just set goals that are attainable, and have a reward for accomplishing it. like mine is an expensive purse once I reach my goal weight. good luck and don't give up.

yes when I first start it is like an obsession. but once it is a habit it is more obtainable. because you know what you want to do to get results, so it doesn't take so much research (books, tv shows) but it will always take some effort to maintain once you get to your goal so it doesn't get come back to bite you in the…

I changed my eating a month before I started working out now it is a habit and on October 1st I am restarting the 30ds but this time with 5lb weghts I only had 3 lb ones last time. Also walking 5-10 miles a day I hope the weight just falls off in October.
