Congratulations! I used to dance for more than 16 years and have always toyed with the idea once my fitness level improves. The gym I go to doesn't offer any classes but it might be interesting to try.

I have did it for almost two years and agree with you on the intensity of the workout. I have found muscles I didn't know I had. I stopped due to conflict of schedule but it's a great workout!

In terms of where I would like to be and who has an inspiring story is Jennifer Nicole Lee! She has an amazing figure and an amazing and inspiring story to go with her journey in her fitness lifestyle. I personally would love to one day compete in a show for bikini or figure.

It's a great workout and I love it! I did a few times but then got hooked onto Insanity and TurboFire. Now that I am back from my calorie rich Cruise I am going to add it back into my schedule. Enjoy your first day! Sami

Hi!! Been crazy busy so i am just catching up on all my logging now. DId HIIT 15 and Stretch 10 and burned 235 calories. Just booked a cruise for 10/18 and would love to lose a few pounds by then. Have a great day!

I'm in! I fell off track and have to lose about 25 pounds now. Ther are only 4 months left of this year and I intend on making it work!! If I get ambitious I might do workout tonight but I have a wedding to go to tomorrow so I don't know what last minute errands tonight brings. getting excited!!

I took classes for almost a year and a half at Sheila Kelly's S-Factor I can tell you for a fact that it is an awesome workout. Her method is based on ballet, yoga, and dance. I used to walk out of the two hour class drenched and was sore in muscles I didn't even know existed.
