Mmmmm. BBQ'ed burgers for Labor Day weekend.

Thank you Tanya... Yours sounds like a fabulous variation. I'll need to try the red cabbage instead of lettuce, that would bring a whole new level of flavor. Next will be a Pad Thai chicken using "Miracle Noodles" and chicken sate.

I own a camera store and a professional photo lab. As a photographer from age 12 it is the ideal job for me. I love cameras and everything to do with them and love helping others develop their passions also.

I splurged last week and had their new (limited time) pulled pork on wheat 60" and it was very yummy! The 6" on week with no cheese and minimal condiments (lettuce and tomato) was 570 calories. Need to go tho the website to see what the flat bread version would be.

Oatmeal with 2 slices of Sara Lee Delight toast and I can't believe it's not butter... Then my late morning snack is a banana. Pretty much 5 out of 7 days.

I bought the EatSmart digital nutrition scale from Amazon ($69.00) and it works great, super easy and has both ounces and grams. Just starting to shop for an HRM to keep more accurate track of my calories burned this week too.

What kind of sports does you son play? If he is "out in the field" a longer telephoto can come in handy (but can also slow down focusing and can blur more easily than a "shorter" lens). Olympus makes a 12.5x optical zoom (VR-320 for $199), Fuji makes the FinePix S2950 that is around $230 for an 18x optical zoom. Both have…

Congratulations on standing up for your daughter!

Oscar Meyer has a 98% fat free frank that is only 40 calories. I figure if I can locate some of the Sarah Lee (or have my grocer order them) I can have two hot dogs with condiments and still be well under 400 calories for the meal.

I too am a picky eater. Take what you do like and work around that. Smaller serving sizes, modified preparations, use of healthy fillers, etc. What do you like?

Thanks all, these give me something to look for. Of the four grocery stores in my town NONE has any low calories versions. I'll be in a slightly larger area next week and check a couple of the markets there.

 No more Thai Pizza, it was the June special and my local PM is out of the fixin's... The Hawaiian looks yummy though and is only 316 calories for two slices of deLITE.
-
I just saw the Thai one on the website, not sure if ours is offering it. Does it use peanut sauce?
-
Their website papamurphys.com has a complete nutritional chart. I have also found that most of their deLITE pizzas have been added into the MFP food database for easy addition.

I get mine at Albertsons (SuperValu) or Costco.

I've been using Carl's Jr. Grilled Teriyaki Turkey burgers as my "when nothing else works" meal, very tasty and 470 calories.

Will be working on tacos next week. I found a corn shell that 's 50 calories... Thinking of using ground turkey to replace beef (or not).

Another thing that helps VERY quickly is about 4 oz of apple juice with a table spoon of apple cider vinegar added. This relieved attacks within minutes. My wife was having pains she called heart attacks in the back, a sharp debilitating pain in her left shoulder blade. After trips tot he doctor with no results I started…

This sounds very good, I'll have to give it a go.

Thanks y'all. It came out very good, fed it to the family for dinner last night and it was thumbs up all around the table.

Thank you! Bookmarked.

Thanks you two! Good luck on your quests also.

I enjoy making a nice ratatouille, using zucchini, summer squash, onions and stewed tomatoes.
