I personally dont like it but I think thats just because I go to a great zumba class and its way more fun :) but it does work and I will do it if I cant get to a class

I'm in :) I really need more water Day goes as follows; 7am - up and breakfast 8.30 am - leave for work 9.am arrive at work 12:00 - lunch 4.00 - finish work, go for a jog or grocery shopping 6.00 - dinner 7-9.00 - gym and class (sometimes both, sometimes one or other) 9.30 - home 10.30-11.00 - bed

Thanks everyone, going to have a look at those websites when i get home from work tonight, I know it is unrealistic to cut out carbs completely I just want to cut back, I have already stated eating wholewheat pasta but think i need to eat more veg for def .

I struggle for meal ideas without pasta or potatoes (which are high in carbs) I am asking for ideas on meals I can make that have less carbs in them.

I threw my size 16's out yesterday, it gave me great motivation but there were some outfits i really loved so quite sad to see some go if you know what i mean

Thank you, i have only brought fruit as my snacks for work today, tomorrow I will bring veg, I find if I dont bring something to snack on i end up buying chocolate or cakes and I need to get away from that habit. I think I reaslly need to change what I'm having for breakfast though !

I do feel full, I have gradually been lowering my portion sizes as this is one of the places I was going wrong before,I still feel as if I am eating loads, I have cut out the chocolate bars which has taken ages as I was addicted lol and Ive replaced with fruit I just dont see where apart from brekkie I can add any more…

I would love to join this only problem being that i got rid of all my nice dresses when I went up to a size 16, I have a wedding to attend on 1st December and i would love to be in a 10/12 by then to splash on a nice dress, I have got down to a 12/14 at the moment.
