I am new to this as I have been on a diet and exercising for 2 years but after losing 2 stone i'm stuck, I still have 3 to go.

After tracking my food I noticed i am struggling to eat 1200 calories a day and think this my be hindering my weight loss. I dont want to eat just for the sake of eating, any advice appreciated

from looking at your diary..you probably can catch quite a few calories by eating a decent breakfast. Greek yogurt with berries and granola/muesli.. Some eggs and turkey bacon/sausage. Veggie Omelette...stuff like that.

Also you can do protein shakes which help me...My diary is open if you need more ideas/inspiration...

I agree with the above poster. Eat a good breakfast. Throw in some high calorie snacks in there like string cheese, nuts, peanut butter on bread or fruit.

And remember, eating too little is just as bad as eating too much.
