I'll try this.
My day:
8:30am - leave for work
9:30am - arrive at work
1:00pm - lunch
7:00pm - go home
8:00pm - arrive at home
11:00pm - bed

I drink about 200 ounce of water a day. 20 or bottles a day. Yes I do that because ever since I was little I hate juices and sodas. always loved water so it was never an issue to me but what plans d u have in mind for those that needs it?0

I am in! Need to learn to drink more water. Love my coffee. Am on the run at work, hard to get away at times. Don't always like the taste of water, to plain for me. So I bought some of that MiO water flavoring stuff, it's pretty good...but don't always have it on me.
6:30 Get up
7:45 Leave for work (get coffee)
8:00 Work (eat breakfast)
10:45 Lunch (elementary school schedule)
2:34 Get off work
3:00 Afternoon walk/jog
5:00 Dinner
10:30 - 11:00 Bed

Alright, I'm writing this to say that this challenge is for people you STRUGGLE to drink water..
Someone had told me that I better make that clear so I'm not criticized by people who already drink water.. But, i think the first line of my post says enough..
But for anyone out there who missed or misunderstood the line below.. This challenge is for people who want to drink more!
And to those people who are interested but already drink a lot, well done to you and thanks for stating that you do, I'll respond to you soon enough, I'll just get all the other ones done first

I am in. I work 30/week and am at home with a 2 year old otherwise. Each day is different, but here is a basic schedule.
6 wake up
8 arrive at work
11.30 lunch
3.30 work out
5.45 dinner
10.30 bedtime
Thanks! I am really inconsistent and would like to work on being more consistent with my daily intake. Thanks!0 -

Being an avid soda drink for many years, I can say that its much easier than most of you think. Water and water only is the best path to seeing results!0

The challenge is just to drink more water?? How much water?? I drink a gallon to a gallon and a half a day, not sure if my body can handle much more but I'm up for the challenge!0

I SOOOO NEED THIS!!!! It is definitely a major struggle for me. I dislike water with a passion lol! I would rather juice or vitamin water anyday! So I would be the perfect canidate for this challenge please send me more information. Thanks0

I'm in I really need more water
Day goes as follows;
7am - up and breakfast
8.30 am - leave for work
9.am arrive at work
12:00 - lunch
4.00 - finish work, go for a jog or grocery shopping
6.00 - dinner
7-9.00 - gym and class (sometimes both, sometimes one or other)
9.30 - home
10.30-11.00 - bed0 -
I would be interested in the challenge. Some days are better than others for me with water. I drink herbal tea a bit as a way of getting my water intake.
6am - Wake up and exercise
7.30am - Breakfast
9am - take daughter to nursery and rush off to work.
12pm - rush back from work to collect daughter followed by lunch.
5pm - dinner
9pm - bed0 -

I'm terrible with water and struggle to drink any unless theres something added so a challenge to try and get me to drink water sounds great. Not sure how i'll do but im ready to try my best0
