i hardly ever drink water. Ever since I've had my son, my bladder can't hold much water so I tend to drink less. Any suggestions?0

There's a few things to keep in mind:
1. I'm in Australia, so you might find that I'm a bit delayed in replying, probably because I'm sleeping, so dont worry, you'll get your plan!
2. Every plan is personalized and I'm doing them for a lot of you so its may take a while.
3. If you haven't already sent me an outline of your average day, it would be really helpful if you could send me a message asap That way i don't have to chase you down!
4. I've recorded which day you start, so if you haven't got your plan yet, your 30 days hasn't started, don't worry.

Mondays- wake up 9.00ish and college at 1.30pm
Wednesdays and fridays
6:30 wake up
12:30 dinner
6:00 tea
11:00pm bed
I drink maybe a adverage bottle of water in the day and maybe a can of coke >_>
Kinda, my days are not really the same..
On tuesdays, thursdays, saturdays and sundays, I only really have maybe a can of coke and sips of water amounting to a glass? Terrible, I really dont drink enough of ANYTHING!0 -

An average weekday
630am wake up, have a coffee
8am leave for walk to work
830am arrive at work
830-12im basically sitting at a desk
12pm - 1pm lunch and usually a walk
1pm-5pm sitting at a desk
5pm walk home
6pm dinner
9pm bed
Youd think sitting at a desk all day this would be easy but the problem is that I don't often feel thirsty so it doesn't cross my mind to have a drink.

I sit at a desk all day too! and I had the same problem..
I'm getting around to everyones plans.. So when i get to yours, I'll give you some tips0 -
I'm in!
6:00am wake up
8:30am leave for work
9:00am get to work
4:00pm leave work
4:45 get home
11:00 go to bed

My hours are way off most of yours and I'm only doing this during working hours AND in between my actual work!

i dunno if you can make me a plan tho?? i dont have a day routine?? some times i work 9 am till 6 some i will only work 3 hour shift, sometimes i work late nights(so if im working a late night ill sleep in really late) and some i have the day off... and this is pretty much different weekly?? lol i always have to be akward!!0 -

There can be a plan for everyone A lot of people are just regular house mums, so they dont really have a schedule either.. Just send me a very basic plan, if you have to do three, do three and we'll work out something for each day0 -

6am - Leave for work
8am - start work
1pm - lunch
5pm - finish work
6:30pm - get home
11pm - bed0 -

I'm just not thirsty, so I forget to drink. My plan should probably be alarms throughout the day :drinker:0

I don't really need a plan, as I'm going to be starting to drink 2.5L at least a day starting today but good luck to everyone else. Water is good for you and you should drink at least 2L!0

I would like to give it a go. The water here tastes horrid and I tend to drink low calorie bitter lemon/orange/cranberry from Asda but must admit I rarely drink plain water. My daily plan is:
9am walk dog for 20 mins
1pm walk dog for 25 mins
1.30pm lunch
5pm dinner
5.30 another dog walk
8pm another dog walk - usually longer - about 35-40 mins
I am retired and not working but generally go to the gym 3 times a week - I keep fairly active during the day.0
