I have found my dress just need to work out how to post the pic, so I have 13 weeks to lose 14lbs lol before I treat myself to it0

it can be done i lost 5 pounds last week and i wasnt always behaving with my calories i owe it to zumba big supporter of this now i have the dvds but didnt enjoy them very much will have to persevere but being doing it on xbox and hope it will be another 5 pounds this week0

Found my skipping rope. Need to pluck up the courage to try skipping for 5 continuous minutes next...

i have started to set a weight goal i am aiming to lose 5 pounds in the next 3 weeks hoping i can do better than that really but want to set a target that is do able but is not gonna demotivate me by pushing myself too far weighed myself today and nothing has changed since last sunday but i think TOM is influencing that and also i am weighing myself 2 days early so gonna go back to sundays and see what happens in 2 days time
my second target is to try and remain in the green for all my numbers not just Kcals too often i ignore carbs fat and protein so im working on it

haha - perhaps i will kick it's *kitten* but not today, been running around trying to cobble together a decent wedding outfit for tomorrow. finally got one though. it's good! yeah, i'm generally over my calorie goal and in the red in most of the catogries. I'm not very good at this eating sensibly lark! i must say i don't set much store in what the scales say i'm going by whether clothes fit me. good luck with your -5 :flowerforyou:0

thanks hun i am on target lost 3 pounds on the 11th so just got 2 left to lose to hit my target seem to be keeping in the green so far hope the wedding went well hun now get on that skipping rope lol0
