Hi there I work 7am to 7pm so around 9am i eat a banana then 11am i eat 3 boiled eggs (no yolk) with a fit and active yogurt then at 2pm I eat lunch usually a huge salad then around 5 or 6 i eat dinner which is a lean meat with alot of veggies. once I get off at 7pm I go for a 4 mile run/walk then go home and have a snack…

Hi I've also tried paleo and it worked out great for me I was able to shred 20 pounds in two months I did have dairy (yogurt) in the mornings and atleast 4 eggs a week with no yolks I'd suggest you add more lean protein such as chicken breast or a heavier lean mean such as london broil steak or even sirlon steak. I prefer to eat my calories rather than drink them maybe you can play with the receipe alittle to shrink the calories and still get a great taste.

I love Zumba, if you love to dance than this is the class for you. when I'm there it doesn't feel like I'm working out your just moving to the beat in a 60 minute class you burn up to 900 calories!!! I say go for it and have fun with it.

I agree with both post above, don't eat your worked out calories back or you'll just be eating what you just burned which will almost make it a lost cause.

I'm so glad you posted this topic and I took the time to read becasue I'm experiencing the exact samething and I've been working out the hardest and most I've ever done and to not see any weight come off I was getting worried until I saw this so thankyou
