I had a similar thing happen to me when i was in highschool. My friend asked when said guy and i were getting together. THe guy's response was not ever with that body :( It was heartbreaking but the motivation i needed.

Is there another option to cook them? I don't have a dehydrator at home. I know cooking makes them lose some of the nutrients but these look soo yummy!

I have been doing the 30 day shred. I use circuit training regular as well. However i recently got a pedometer and it is about 30 calories lower than that estimate. So my best suggestion is get a heart monitor or pedometer....

Your body can fluctuate in weight within 5 pounds depending on the time of day. Also gaining a pound if you are losing inches is not always a bad thing. That could mean you are going muscle! More muscle helps bur calories faster. I know how hard it is but 1 pound doesn't always have to be dreadful!

They do have soy yogurt, soy milk, soy cheese. Almost all breakfast meats come in a turkey/ soy version and taste like the real thing. These options are much lower in fat and sodium!
