    i am going to try a kettle bell workout. i bought the kettlebells and dvd in march/april and i haven't used it yet. lol. anyone else doing the challenge?

    I am going to start doing Ripped in 30 a day or two a week. I have been doing 30DS but Ripped in 30 was on sale at Target so of course I had to pick it up :)

    I ordered Yoga Meltdown a few days back - I think it will arrive on Monday and I am going to try it. I will be a wee bit late but better late than never :)

    I did a workout from Netflix I've never tried: Dance Off the Inches: Fat Burning Jam. It was pretty fun. I'll have to throw it into the mix every now and then.

    it's been a crappy week. on friday, my weight spiked from 121.4 to 127.9 (from the hormones i am taking). the extra weight it is slowly going away, but i am still very bloated. i'm in a wedding on saturday so i love the thought of pictures. :/

    I didn't have the greatest week. I have decided to stop being so hard on myself. I was getting to the point where my weight was causing me to be in a bad mood all the time. I've decided to focus more on being happy with my body and the fact that I'm in really good shape and strong and just continuing to better myself and make good food decisions. My husband is happier with my mindset. Hopefully I'll see this change in attitude in the scales next week! I've also decided to adjust my goal weight for now.
