I'm Jaimie, I am a mom of 2 (7 and 4), a taekwondo instructor, and a chemistry tutor. I have taken up "running" (combo run/jog/walk) and have been doing a few 5K's near my home in Indiana. I have just started a lifting regimen to build more upper body strength so I can join my tkd collegues in a Tough Mudder in April... we'll see

if anyone wants to do a challenge this weekend, it is: TO PICK OUT A REWARD FOR MEETING YOUR CHALLENGE GOAL. i will post the challenge on thursdays after the weigh-in. it will be a random idea and you can chose to participate or not. if you do, have fun finding something to anticipate (in addition to the weight loss). it can be small like a new set of earrings or eating an ice cream sundae, or large like a massage or tattoo. let us know how you are going to reward yourself!0
