I have been really happy with my weight loss lately! I upped my calories a few weeks ago to readjust my goal to losing 1 lb. per week and have been doing less intentional exercise. This past week i donated to Suicide prevention in honor of a childhood friend.
My Fiance is also starting to come around to the healthier lifestyle. He is losing weight so easily, it's makes me so discouraged. He only has to stop drinking pop and the pounds are flying off
But my friend and I are going to start the 30 day shred next week so maybe that will be just what I need to push me into overdrive!0 -
if anyone wants to do a challenge this weekend, it is: TO GO TRY ON A SMALLER SIZE CLOTHING ARTICLE FOR INSPIRATION. i will post the challenge on thursdays after the weigh-in. it will be a random idea and you can chose to participate or not. if you do, have fun looking at a new size in the mirror! you might be surprised at what you fit in.

Looks like you guys had some fantastic losses this week! I saw a few like me who maintained but no gains from last week, GREAT JOB everyone!
I've hit another plateau and my husband has left for 3 wks w/ National Guard training and I have decided to set my goal as 135.0 lbs by the time he gets home Nov. 4th. 135 was my GW when I started MFP.
I signed up for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure & donated extra w/ the registration as last week's challenge. I can't afford to go shopping this week to try on smaller size clothes, but I did go last week and bought size small shirts for the first time in about 6 years. It was fantastic! And bought smaller size bras as well, which I am thrilled about (although my husband has mixed feelings, lol.)0 -
