Back in the right direction. I've been eating better and exercising a bit more. I usually hit a plateau at this weight. I'm not sure why this is. I've worked out a few times before work this past week. Doing homework until 11:30 the night before makes it hard to get up at 5. I need stop procrastinating with homework so I'm not staying up until 11:00 at night.

I did take my measurements the other day.I'll retake them after 30 days and see where I'm at. I do more strength training than cardio so I'm not expecting to see much movement on the scales. However, the measurements should be a great reflection of my exercising.

    How did everyone else do?

I have been really happy with my weight loss lately! I upped my calories a few weeks ago to readjust my goal to losing 1 lb. per week and have been doing less intentional exercise. I guess this means that MFP knows what it is doing! Glad to see you guys are doing well too! I totally look forward to Wednesdays now :)

This past week i donated to Suicide prevention in honor of a childhood friend.
My Fiance is also starting to come around to the healthier lifestyle. He is losing weight so easily, it's makes me so discouraged. He only has to stop drinking pop and the pounds are flying off :(

But my friend and I are going to start the 30 day shred next week so maybe that will be just what I need to push me into overdrive!
