    Still not as much as I hoped for, but I'll take it. I know I'm gaining muscle and losing inches as my clothes are fitting much better. So I'm not as concerned with the numbers on the scale. I know they'll eventually make their way down.

    I haven't really thought too much about a reward if I make my goal. I know I'd like to go shopping for new clothes. I know the feeling of being comfortable in my body will be a large part of that reward as I haven't felt too comfortable in a long while.

    So my scale only goes in .5 increments- part of me wants to get a new one and part of me likes it because I don't get so caught up and loss is a substantial loss. Hmm.

    ALSO- if I reach my goal I am going to buy myself a nice new pair of jeans from Buckle that make my butt look great! :)

    Hi guys, I'd like to join a week late. I'm Jenny, I'm 34 and just got married this year. I've been enjoying married life a little too much and have managed to gain some weight that I can't seem to shed. I enjoy working out, reading, shopping, and going out. My downfall is I also enjoy a good beer and going out to eat on the weekends. I need to lose this weight or I will have to bite the bullet and buy a new wardrobe.

    I'd like to join a week late as well. I'm LeeAnn, a 38 year old mom of 4. I love to read, dance and just be with my family. Inspite of eating well and exercising the last two weeks, I've hit a plateau. It's very frustrating. I'm hoping this little challenge will keep me motivated to work through this dead spot.

    Glad to see a loss this week! The scale on monday actually said 145 but I'm not ready to commit sooo we'll see what it says next week :)

    Down 1.4! I think I lost the 1.4 Thursday morning and I've been maintaining ever since which was a little annoying but now seeing that I lost I feel better. Good job everyone!

    if anyone wants to do a challenge this weekend, it is: TO TRY A NEW EXERCISE DVD OR CLASS. i will post the challenge on thursdays after the weigh-in. it will be a random idea and you can chose to participate or not. if you do, have fun 'punishing' your body in a new way! :)

    I am going to start doing Ripped in 30 a day or two a week. I have been doing 30DS but Ripped in 30 was on sale at Target so of course I had to pick it up :)

    I did a workout from Netflix I've never tried: Dance Off the Inches: Fat Burning Jam. It was pretty fun. I'll have to throw it into the mix every now and then.
