I'm no where near my goal yet, but girls are approaching me and even the ones I approach now don't strait up blow me off. When I was heavier girls just ignore you or give you that yuck look.

I would recommend to not anything 2 hours prior to doing insanity so you don't throw up. Don't give up though we are here to help!

You know funny you say that, I had the same issue. Month 1 I burned off about 25lbs and the second month which is supposed to be more intense I only burned off 10lbs. I like you kept eating about the same throughout both months. I started all over again and am buning like mad. I think month 1 for some reason is much…

Mine give me 1950 daily but I tend to stay around the 1300-1500 mark. Like Macas said, it's more like a limit. If you eat more than that you won't see any changes.

I started with 6 days a week with Sundays off but the past two weeks I've felt the urge to run on Sundays. So I guess I'm a 7 days a week person now.

Hey I got it from Beachbody.com It was written by Steve Edwards. He usually has some good and interesting reads. As for the article I used to be an avid Avocado fan, but then stopped because some friends told me it was high on fat but apparently it's the good fat so I will add some to my sandwiches again!!1

I'm currently in month 2 week 2. I have to say the first week of both months were the hardest and like others have said, Month 2 is nuts!!!!

In the wii fit settings there is an option to calibrate the board. I would recommend trying that.

I usually do insanity in the evenings due to work but on my days off I prefer to do it in the morning and believe it or not I feel that I have more energy throughout the day doing that way, especially after a nice shower!

I weigh in about once a week. That way I always get excited about the results. Like others have said it is only a number as long as you see the inches fly off it's all good!

Insanity is awesome!!! I'm in Month 2 week 2. It is tough but if you have the will and motivation you will get thru it. Plus you start sweating off the pounds and start sculpting the body!!!!

No joke!!! I'm also doing Insanity!!! I am in week 2 of Month 2. That program has helped a lot along with healthy eating!!!
